… here comes Explora’s camp!
Camps are for children from 6 to 12. They are held during school holidays for municipal elections in May 2013. Children will engage in games, workshops and other activities. 

A Camp day starts early in the morning with: games, exercise and socialization. In the afternoon: creative and themed workshops and play in the museum.
Explora’s camp includes breakfast, snacks and lunch at Explora’s restaurant are also included; menus will be customized according to children needs.

Children will be admitted in the morning from 8 to 9.30am. During the summer session activities start at 9.30am and finish at 4.30pm. 

A typical day at Explora during the camp:

• 10.00 Morning activities
• 12.00 Lunch
• 13.00 Free time and relax
• 13.45 Play in the museum
• 14.45 Afternoon activities
• 16.15 Snack

Lunch menu in collaboration with INRAN. A balanced nutrition ensures good health for everybody, both adults and children. Food education and information is a tool to have correct behavior. From this perspective Explora, in collaboration with INRAN-  Ente pubblico italiano per la ricerca in materia di alimenti e nutrizione,  offers the campus participants a catering service based on nutritional and educational aspects. During the campus the menu is the topic of a Food Education activity to promote good models for a health nutrition and to change possible wrong food habits.
