- Play Group SCIENCE
A series of five meetings focused on science. They aim to stimulate children’s curiosity on science and to help them start approaching natural phenomena through interactive learning. Focus on: discover maths, energy, nature forces, water and air.
Age: 3-5 years, preferably accompanied by an adult.
When: Tuesdays from 10:00 to 11:45, starting from 25 June until 23 July 2013.

- Play Group ART
The Play Group Art aims to help children approach art, learning about techniques and methods, stimulating creativity, craft skills and speaking capability. Focus on: shapes and colour, graffiti, clay, carving, rips and assembling.
Age: 3-5 years, preferably accompanied by an adult.
When: Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:45, starting from June 27 until July 25, 2013.

- Play Group: BABY
The preschool phase-in period can be very problematic for children. Explora organizes meetings for babies and toddlers (age 1 to 3) and their mothers. The activities aim to support the relationship between mother and child, to ease socialization between children and grown ups, and to feel good in a pleasant environment where everything can be shared. Focus on: the senses and me, the environment and me, the food and me, the other and me, all together.
Age: 12-36 months, with an adult
When: Thursdays from 15:00 to 16:45, in July, August and September.

Play groups are an opportunity to socialize, play and informal learning together with parents. Little known in Italy, play groups are promoted and supported in Britain by a notified body, the Pre-school Playgroups Association.
