OPENING HOURS:
Your children will be welcomed at Explora ticket office from 8 to 9.30am.

Camp activities start at 9.30 and end at 4.30pm.

We strongly recommend parents to be on time.

If needed, parents can ask in advance to extend their children’s stay at the museum (up to 6pm – Monday excluded). This service is provided only for children aged 6-12 (Baby Camp excluded) at a cost of € 3 per additional half hour.

In this case parents are kindly requested to collect the additional ticket and to show it to staff before collecting their child.

MISCELLANEAOUS:
Admission to the camp is limited.

Children will be divided into two groups according to their age: Baby (3-5) and Grown ups (6-12).

A test day is always required for the Baby Camp attendees, if it is the first time at Explora. Explora reserves the right to ask parents to withdraw the child from Camp in case their child behavior is creating a disturbance that interferes or endangers the safety of others. Paid days will be reimbursed.

Upon registration parents are kindly requested to leave the name (or the names, 2 max.) of the person that will collect the child in the afternoon.

In case of changes parents are required to communicate in advance the new name to staff. People under the age of 18 are not allowed to pick up the children.

For Babies and children attending the Baby Camp we recommend they have additional clothes with them.

We strongly recommend that children do not bring with them mobile phones, electronic games and valuable objects. Explora denies liability for damage or loss of personal objects.

Explora provides snacks, children are not allowed to bring in their own food.

Explora provides balanced meals and special menus according to specific allergies or food intolerances reported in the registration form.

Registered children are covered under third-party liability and injuries.

Once a week we will schedule a tour in: parks, villas, museums, partner institutions just for the ‘Grown ups’.

The ‘Grown ups’ and Babies will have fun in Explora outdoor area (spring-summer). This schedule may be subject to changes due to internal needs and weather conditions.

Parents can pay the fee online only after booking and after reception of a registration code.

In case of online payment via credit card, parents will show a copy of the payment to our staff at the ticket office.

Tickets are not refundable in case of cancellation.

If you purchase a booklet of tickets, your 5 admissions need to be booked by 5pm of the day prior to the chosen date.
