A photographic reportage by Mauro Sioli focusing on Street Children. A series of photographs collected over the years in several countries. Portraits of poor children in their every day life. Pictures portraying poverty, fear and violence are mixed with playful scenes, depicting smiles and tenderness.
This exhibition aims to sensitize public awareness of street children through the straight communication of the portraits.
The initiative was accompanied by the project for children from Dacca (Bangladesh) I Bambini degli Slums, by Terre des Hommes Italy.
The exhibition was set up with he contribution of Regione Lazio, Comune di Roma - Assessorato alle Politiche di Promozione della Famiglia e dell’Infanzia, Ondulit Italiana and Tetra Pak.
