Photographic Exhibition - The Charity Organization Operation Smile Italia Onlus is a humanitarian organization that, thanks to the help of medical volunteers, is present in over 50 countries. Operation Smile and its volunteers provide free surgeries to repair cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities for children. Through their medical missions they also provide medical assistance for burns, tumors and traumas
