On the day of your visit collect your tickets and pay the balance at the ticket office, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the entry time.
The entry time must be respected, in case of delays activities will be subject to variations and you , you will not be admitted to the following tour. In case of delays Explora can apply variations on the scheduled visit. No reduction will be applied on admission final cost.
Teachers and/or adult are responsible for children behaviour and cannot leave the pavilion during the whole visit.
Upon receiving the booking form, a 50 € deposit – bank expenses excluded – is required, at least 10 days prior the scheduled visit. Payments by wire or postal order. Please, specify the your booking number as a reason for payment and bring a copy of the wire on the day of your visit.
Notification of cancellation must be received via fax at least 5 working days prior the scheduled visit.Otherwise Explora will keep the 50 € (per class) deposit as a penalty.
