- Why do tours last 1 hour and 45 minutes?

- May I let my kid play on his own at the Museum?
Please note that children are admitted with an adult only and adults are admitted with children only. Children cannot be left unattended in the pavilion. Adults are responsible for their children’s behaviour and liable for their potential damages to the exhibits
- Which exhibit is more suitable for my kid?
You’ll find the following symbols on our exhibits. They display the age suggested for each exhibit or game.
- What’s the best way to play with my kid??
Respect your children choices during your visit: repeated and apparently similar actions are important to enhance their developmental potential.
Listen and pay attention to your children: you will focus on their activities and will help them build their competence.
Observe your children and how they play. Stimulate their creativity asking questions or giving simple suggestions, ‘let them do’.
Take part in your children’s games, have fun with them and share their feelings without forgetting to give them the suggestions you consider important for their development through game.
- When do we need to provide release notes?
Filming or photo sessions may occur during your visit. Please inform us in case you don’t feel comfortable with this.
- What’s on today?
Book our workshops or visit our temporary exhibition! Before you visit check our activity calendar.
- Where do we start?
We don’t have a recommended tour: choose with your child.
- What’s on the first floor?
On the first floor you will find new interactive exhibitions and two workshop areas. Please note that booking is required for certain activities. Ask our staff at the info desk!
