Workshops

Enrich your visit: discover our free workshops!

For a family the main experience at Explora is the visit to the museum because it allows the children to autonomously choose which exhibit they want to play with, which area they to explore, freely changing the activities. The visit experience can be enriched by workshops on weekends and bank holidays.

The workshops – customised for different ages – offer the opportunity to delve many topics throughout a monthly schedule of activities about science, the environment, interculture, food education, rights, art and health.

Throughout a cyclic schedule during the year, Explora suggests:

crafts and creative where the children can play with geometry, engraving, stamping, art and sounds using using recycled paper
scientific workshops to experiment and discover phenomena about chemistry, physics, biology, paleontology, mathematics, geometry and natural sciences
tinkering workshops to learn by doing, testing own skills and developing creativity

Moreover, during special days thematic workshops aree offered with other organisations, institutions and embassies,

How to attend: access to workshop is included with the admission ticket to the museum and number of participants is limited.
