Creative thinking in class

From Monday, December 10th, 2018, from 05:30 pm to 07:30 pm
How to promote the development of creative thinking and inspire digital creativity with picture books.

“If someone says: “I can do it too”, it means that he is only able to imitate it, otherwise he would have done it sooner.”
Bruno Munari

The best way to inspire children to create their future is to stimulate them every day with creative activities. A playful and workshop-based approach in class helps children explore safely, enhance their motivation, develop their own creative skills, work without pressure to perform and focus on the process rather than on the results expected.

An innovative method based on STEAM, tinkering and making to get inspiration and get to know the tools that can bring more creativity in class. Starting from reading picture books as a basic activity in nursery schools and primary schools, we will explore digital and analogue tools that can inspire the children’s creativity together with Paola Mattioli and the Explora educational team. The activities offered will also be integrated with a series of STEM activities to enhance attitude to problem-solving and teamwork.

Whom the course is addressed to: early childhood and primary school teachers, teaching operators, educators and amateurs.
